Made with GelActiv® technology, they have non-slip technology so they are designed not to slip in your shoe, and the clear gel, slim and discreet design fits comfortably in most women's shoes. They are an easy way to add targeted cushioning under the heel when wearing high heels or thin-soled footwear. Trial the placement in the shoe before removing the protective film, make sure the cushion sits in the heel area with the larger rounded end at the back, then peel off the film and apply sticky side down. Reposition if required, ensuring the cushions are in the same position in each shoe. Pack Contents 1 pair. Safety Warning Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. Do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
